Warranty

Every Vasy carry-on is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects — shell, zips, wheels, telescopic handle and hardware.

If something fails under normal use, email hello@vasytravel.com with your order number and a photo. We repair or replace; if we can do neither, we refund.

The warranty covers the original buyer. It does not cover airline mishandling, cosmetic wear, or damage from misuse.
